We headed off to Glencoe in Scotland for the 3rd rounf of the halo Bds on Thursday as it was a far journey away taking around 11 hours to get there. When we arrived it was late in the evening so we just went straight to bed,Up early friday to get everything set up and to walk the track,The weather wasnt like meolfre at all it was very windy and constantly raining so the track was really wet, after walkin the track i didnt no what to think as i was only just back from breaking my ankle, the track was really steep and rocky out in the open.
Headed up for my first run on saturday and the weather was still the same if not worse being very windy and raining,i liked the track but took me a few runs to get into it but at the end of the day i felt good and was looking forward to sunday seeding to se how it faired out.
Up early on sunday with the weather being the very same but alot windyer,I headed up for my first practice run and left it at that,i was feeling good and just waiting till seeding, but unfortunatly they had to call it off due the weather being horrible constantly raining, snowing, hailing and gail force winds...Next stop Llangollen for the 4th rounds of the halo Bds in wales.
